$6.16 cat ring

Well put on the much talked about Cat ring,it works well but the trade off is a stiff throttle, which in turn sort of defeats why I put it on.this would be great for slabbing cuts down on hand fatigue.

I just added the Go Cruise and it works GREAT!

Did I mention that it works great?  It really does.  The best 13.99 I've spent for any farkel.

Airhead Beemers had a throttle friction screw on the housing.  After 15+ years of having a throttle that stays where it's put, I'm used to it.  Now all my bikes have the O ring mod.

I roll it completely on the throttle when not in use, in town riding etc. Then roll it back between weight and throttle when I know I'll be slabbing it.

I have used vista cruise and throttlmeister on other bikes, but the Cat O ring is so easy I just keep using it on the Connie.  Yes, you have to roll it off when you get off the interstate.  I have Murph's potato smasher bar ends so there is no risk of it rolling off on the ground.

I second the go cruise. But I splurged and got the aluminum adjustable one $35. Works great.
