Good Morning Dave
I have just submitted my order. I am willing to give these a try, to see if they will help reduce the vibration.
Thanks.

Piston720-

You never got back with a ride report. How do you like your OGB's?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Best,

Guess it's time for a report.

Got the beemer buddies and after about 2 - 2.5K miles, the neoprene cover was wearing in a few spots.  Received a pair of "heavy duty" as a free replacement.  Good service - no problems.  Jack certainly knows the materials better than I, but I imagine they are similar without the neoprene layer.  Just a nylon like material with some cushion.  Have about 4K on these with long rides, short rides, plenty of HOT rides.  No problems or wear through.  Rain does saturate, but the dry right out when it stops.

Prefer the originals for that rubbery feel, but these are still better than the stock grip.  Fill out the hand and some cushion.  Obviously, neither will make a night an day difference on vibes - but I imagine they smoothen things out to a degree.  I am ok with the vibes that I have.

Service and standing by product was there.  Filling out the hand and adding to comfort is there too (for me).   No complaints at all for an easy to install product that makes a difference.

Hello Dave
I have not yet picked them up from my US address.
Hope to do so soon and will definitely let you know what I think.
Thanks

I also have about 2K miles on my Grip Buddies and I am pleased with the new more natural (for me) grip.

I always felt the stock C10 grips were a bit thin...and the OGB made everything seem perfect.

I am assuming any extra vibration being absorbed is not noticed but appreciated.

Alekkas-

Actually, both versions of my grips are neoprene. Just a difference in the surface material- one is embossed rubber, and the other is nylon wetsuit-like material.

You may want to try our 3rd. generation grips coming in mid-September. They have the embossed rubber surface, but are more durable like the Extra Duty model, and will be called "Super Sharks". Watch these forums, as I will be announcing when they are ready to ship. Bottom line is that we are offering this new and improved model which combines all the best characteristics of our other grips in one model.

Best,

Dave R.

I picked them up yesterday and temporarily installed them.
They have a great feel and do seem to reduce vibration marginally.
They may be slightly to thick for my small hands but are very comfortable.
I will try them for about a month before deciding what to do with them.
Not a fault of the product, just small hands.
Thanks

Piston720-

Do give yourself a real chance to acclimate to them. Many have had the same  initial impression, only to find that after a little while they couldn't imagine riding without them. Go figure?

ANNND now I order a pair for my 2013 KLR...The grips on this thing stock feel like a couple of #2 pencils after my OGB'd C-10 grips.

Dave,

Thanks for a GREAT product. How simple the installation was. Only took a few trys to get the postioning right. Did a 350mi ride last week and hands never felt better, even with cold weather gontlets on the grip was great.

Thanks again.
