C-10 Factory Backrest - recover needed
« on: August 11, 2013, 04:28:47 pm »
I have a '04 C-10 w/ factory backrest. The cover has split from weather exposure and I'm looking to get it  re-foamed and recovered.

Does anybody know of an upholstery shop that can do this, preferably in New England, but I can UPS it anywhere.

I'm assuming that Kawi does not sell a recover kit. (Cannot find one, anyway.)

Google would be your friend. Just search for an auto upholstery place, they should be able to help, or direct you to someone that can.

I used a boat guy for my old cx. Replaced the wood with marine plastics, and better grade vinal. Last longer In the sun. 50$. My only complaint. It looks new after 2 years, which does not match
The rest of the old bike.
Jet skii shop could point you in the right direction.
