Chase Harper gives exemplary service

I bought a Chase Harper tail bag at least 30 years ago, it's crossed the US twice, made two trips to Mexico and many trips to Canada. The plastic stiffener that keeps the bag's shape broke, I contacted the company hoping to buy a replacement. Ron Harper called me for more specifics and was able to find the part and get it to me - just for a minimal shipping charge.
The bag is old and well traveled. I could have bought a new bag, but it was still functional. I was very impressed by the way Chase Harper stands behind their products.

Good to hear..... hard to find service like that much anymore......  or business that stay open that long.
