Hey folks,

http://www.ebay.com/itm/351105629896?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649

Got this seat on Ebay for $55 (not the $235 they were asking :-\).  Not sure what type of seat it is.  Thought it looked custom but the pic really doesn't provide any evidence.  Any guesses?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Definitely looks like some custom work.  Looks like it would put your butt really far back.  Doesn't look like a comfortable position for me, unless my arms got about 6" longer.  Let us know what it is like.

Agree with Jon, Rider back more, a smalller passenger area. I do like the way the passenger area is hollowed out a little, less likely for the passenger sliding into you.

The front area looks cut down height-wise too.  Looks somewhat Corbin-ish. But that would have some identifying mark.  My favorite seat is one I just had cut by a local guy to be similar to that one.  I can only ride a stocker 100 miles and I'm crying.  Can do 1000 mile days is necessary with this one providing I put my beads on it.  Mine moved me back and off the tank (PHEW!) but then I like the short 86 bars with no risers too. Arms considerably less than 6 ft... barely 5 ft. LOL

Looks somewhat Corbin-ish.

+1.  Nee more/better pics.

The seat came yesterday.  Its got KCR on the bottom of it.  That allowed me to do a more detailed search.  Looks like its a Corbin from some other pics around the web.  Will post more pics.

If it is a Corbin the pan will be very heavy compared to the stock seat pan.
It should also have a signature (s) underneath.  You did real well if you got a Corbin :)

Sure, Dan!  I love the seat.  Its way better than either stock seat - I'm tall and it lets me sit back further - so much more control.  I got lucky and got a deal.

Looks like a modified Corbin, seat pan is definitely Corbin, top half and cover might have been some local upholsterers doing.
