You meant centerstand I'm sure, and No Sir you loose the centerstand, BUT the midpipe unplugs from the
headpipes so the centerstand can be installed for maintenance and tire changes if desired. The only time
I ever use the centerstand if for the above mentioned items so it was a non-issue.

Just dropped the pipes off at the ceramic coating place. I think the guy gave me a good deal, $75 to do the complete
exhaust. Getting the titanium gray finish, can't wait to get them back.

Yes I plan on being at the Wildflower ride, can't make Big Bend as wife is going to Australia to visit the kids and grandbaby
during that time, so I have to be the responsible adult and take care of the dogs and chores.

I'm thinking whoever comes up with a good exhaust alternative might want to consider a small production run. Failing that, pass on the blueprint to someone with the time and ability to do so.

I have never really liked the sound of my C10, and would be most interested in kicking it up a notch.

Just a thought.

I'm all ears.

Shaft Drive, I see that you are from Ontario.
Jims pipes are built,,,  using "Ontario" Lowers.
It may (might be, could be,,, err maybe) possible, that someone "living" in Ontario might be able to find the original builder and get them to built the lowers that we need.
(After all, they do have the template for the Lowers..... The Original Ontario Lowers need very little change to work on a Connie....)
 Hint, hint,,,,,,,   ;)

I think the sticker on the midpipe said ZX-10 86-90 IIRC. I recall seeing a picture of a D&D ZX-10 pipe once that had the similar configuration as the ontario but I have not been abale to put my hands on one to compare.

Okay, I guess I missed the older thread on this that defines the "Ontario Lowers." Anyone know who first bought one of these headers? I assume this COG member would recall the name of the builder/shop who did the job. If I had this name, I could get in touch with the business and get some details to post back here on the forum.

Thanks, guys.
