Running lights on 2006 Concourse
« on: April 10, 2015, 01:23:57 am »
I am looking to put some Cree running lights on my Concourse, but am finding it difficult to locate a place to install them without drilling into the fairing. Any ideas?

Also, can make your own mounts since Snarf doesn't seem to be up and running much anymore:

I replaced the stock side reflectors on the front with amber side markers (LED of course). You do have to make the holes larger, but technically you are not adding anymore. Otherwise you can get weather-proof self-sticking LED strips that don't require any drilling. If done right they will last many years and add a lot of light to your bike for very little extra current draw.
