Russell Seat Options
« on: July 18, 2012, 11:54:11 pm »
I may be about to drink the Koolaid and buy a Russell seat. For the most part everything I've read about them has been positive, but I haven't seen much written about the "heavy duty suspension" option and I really didn't see much info on the website about it either. Thought I'd get y'alls opinions. For the record, I'm 230 plus and lets just say my wife isn't getting into her wedding dress this week although her weight isn't really that great overall.  Did you buy the extra suspension for your seat?

Thanks and Happy Motoring,
Mike

Mike, I would be inclined to check with Russell and see whether they recommend the heavy-duty option or not.....I was about the same weight when I ordered mine and if I recall correctly, it is recommended for anyone over about 225 lbs or so.
