12v power from battery tender cable?
« on: May 14, 2013, 06:10:25 pm »
Is it possible to connect the batter tender cable to a dual USB outlet so I can have power for iPhone/SENA for my passenger?

And if so, where might I find connectors to make this happen?

As long as you realize the batter tender pigtail may have
polarity reversed from convention and wire accordingly.
Test first.

Good point. It is moot, however.

Found a much better solution. Two Powerlet outlets wired and mounted back by the passenger. Don't know how I missed it.
