So finally took off the Potato Launcher and added the full system dual exhaust (Muzzy).  As a result the bike runs a lot cooler now with a little more added power.  Installed new brake and clutch lines and installed new Helibar handle bar system to get rid of the pinched nerve in my wrist from the previous stock handle bars.  Hopefully this will solve the numbness issues.  Will update in a week or so on results of new system.

Hi Mike,
I do also have this full exhaust from Muzzy and I had trouble with the engine? Tones of back fire and the bike sounds louder then when I have installed it in May. Muffler are probably damage a little bit. I went to Myrtle beach (bike week) and when I came back here with 4629KM more on the bike, the engine was shuting off once in a while. I have a PC5 all program by fuelmotousa. I was told in Myrtle Beach, that we must remove the reed valve system to stop the back fire and be able to dyno. I bought a kit from Ivans and my bike is in part now. I should be able to try it tomorrow evening. Not complicated to install but a lots of screw to be remove.

Did you have any back fire issued on yours?

Sorry I didn't realize anyone had responded to this earlier post.  I do have the occassional backfire but very rarely.  Been running and sounding great! Glad I went with the Muzzy's.  Hopefully by now things are running better by now for you.
