Have you considered a helium balloon in there to put a few lbs back onto the forks??!! :))

 :D :rotflmao: :beerchug:

Looking at that last pic it's hard to believe there's no support brackets underneath like I've seen on smaller cases. Does it feel sturdy? I'm sure there's more to it than the eye can see.

The bottom base of the trunk has a thick metal frame built within it that goes all the way from the front to the back.  :great: :beerchug:

Me and Mama did about 400 miles today for a good shake down test, she absolutely loved it! No issues with handling at all with the extra weight etc, the ZG felt great!  :great:

Thanks again to Phil!  :allhail: :allhail: :allhail: :allhail:

A good day! Looking forward to the extra capacity going to the Nat in 2 weeks!  :beerchug:

Nicely done sir! I of course could not be trusted to own a 70 lt. top box due to my BSA inspired penchant for over packing.  :truce: The 55 lt. Givi is temptation enough.  :(

Nice job on the gerbing ports - did I get that idea from you?

And, not to change the subject, but would you mind sharing the link to the aux lights install?

Thanks!

Jay, you should for yucks, do flesh-colored wrap of the trunk, w/ a dark crack down the middle.   :smiley_confused1:
