What model of top case is this please and how is it installed ? Can't seem to see any installation bracket.

I can't see how it's mounted, but it looks to be an SH50 Shad top box. Obviously you'll need ACR_SCOUT to fully answer the question.

Note: I split this new thread off from the C14 picture thread since it was not a new picture posted, but just a question on an accessory.

Yubee was just asking a question about the Shad that he saw in the picture thread you started Jay. If you compare the post date from the original thread they are the same.  So no, he is not trying to start a new thread

My Shad 50 is installed with a bike specific shad rack that is two pieces.  The bottom is a very solid coated steel frame the mounts just above the the stock rack with spacers. The actual rack mounts to this steel support.  The steel subrack can be mounted in two positions to allow extra room for the passenger if wanted although the directions do not cover this.  The whole thing is very solid.  Murph sells the box and rack.
