I read this the other night and I thought about it.  I have looked thru the owner's manual twice now and I can not find any mention of not adjusting the windshield while on the move.  Where does it say not to move the windshield while in motion?

Its on a sticker on the shield.

My used 08 did not come with that one. Useful to know. 24k miles running it up and down. Gotta stop that eh?

Large Euro cut Cee Bailey. Nice and quiet up, still look over the top at 6 foot 3. Rattles and moves behind semis. Always had a concern regarding the force and physics involved with the bigger screen.

My new 2012 did not have a sticker on the windshield either.

I put a short dark tint on my bike recently. I like it a lot and it looks great. But boy is it much darker than my C10's light gray tint. Good thing I don't ride a lot at night. I doubt that I would ever be able to see through it in the dark (right in front of the bike).  :))  But who knows, maybe it wouldn't be too bad.

Well, it's been a month since I got my CalSci XL Wide and I can honestly say that the initial impressions HAVE NOT worn out nor faded. It's a grat windscreen, great quality. Doeas what it's supposed to, no hassles no nothing.
I've read others have experienced the windscreen touching the brake and clutch levers while in the full down position. I've not experienced this. I mean it's almost touching, but not quite.
Am very pleased so far.
Cleans up pretty well too, with the uncluded microfiber cloth and cleaning solution.
