Handlebar GPS mount?
« on: July 16, 2014, 07:17:33 pm »
Looking to add a GPS in the near future.  I recall seeing a mount set up where the GPS was mounted up on the handlebar.  It seems it stuck out from the handlebar pointing to the inside of the bars.  Perhaps screwed into the bar itself and another 4" stock pointed inwards providing a mounting point?

Personally, I don't care for the mount down on the triple clamp.  It forces your eyes too far from the road.  Had one mounted on the bars before and MUCH prefer it there.

Does anyone recall this.  I'm searching and can't find it anywhere.  TIA

Ram has a clutch/brake reservoir mount and Project D (sp?) had an add on bar that screwed on the inside of the stock bars in place of the retaining bolt called Handy Sticks.
