LSL handlebar kit arrived today :-)
« on: January 20, 2011, 04:29:52 pm »
Thanks Murph   ;D

Just got them delivered to me at work   :D

I got the black handlebars, and now I know why the non-abs model cost $50 more than the ABS model.  The non abs includes a dual front ss brake line setup, where the abs model only uses one line from the master cylinder to the crossover on the forks.

I have my weekend full, need to install these bars, new grips and mount the Shinko Verge 011's.

Hopefully I will feel better by Sunday when it supposed to get a whopping 55° in Savannah and I feel like working.

You get some nice weather Jerry! We're looking at a high of 18 degrees all weekend. But it was actually above freezing yesterday. That's probably the fourth day since November that's been abouve freezing!  :))

All fun aside. It sound's like a great project for the weekend. I bet the bike will feel much better when your done.

But our average high in Savannah is 61 and lows in mid 40's.  This is miserable for us who are used to warmer weather in the winter   I know, boo hoo for me   :D

From what I have read, it should, man I hope so

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know "why" I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
