I am going to make 24 of these. Two will be used on my bike so I will have 22 pieces to sell. There may not be that much demand - we'll see. I am going to stay with the aluminum and have them black anodized. The aluminum will be stronger in the 3/8" x 16 thread area. I will not be able to ship until the week of July 18th. I am going on a 2 week bike trip starting July 3rd.
Pricing - 1 piece = $30.00 plus $6.80 USPS shipping. 2 pieces - $50.00 plus $6.80 USPS shipping.
Includes 2 stainless steel screws per bracket for mounting. Does NOT include Ram Ball Mount.

Sailor_Chic will be testing one next week. She can provide some feedback.

I received my mount the other day from Kenan. I am quite impressed with the quality. I mounted it on my bike last night and this thing is solid. For those of you worried about it being fastened into well nuts should not be concerned. When I grab the Ram ball and try to wiggle or move the mount, the whole bike moves as it sits on the side stand.
I haven't mounted my camera on it yet, but that will happen in a couple of days.

I am finally ready to start shipping these mounts. I apologize for the delay. I am posting pictures of the finished Aluminum mount. The build went better than I thought. I am reducing the price. I have 20 pieces to sell. I do not plan on making any more.

Pricing - 1 piece = $25.00 plus $6.80 USPS shipping. 2 pieces - $45.00 plus $6.80 USPS shipping.
Includes 2 stainless steel screws per bracket for mounting. Does NOT include Ram Ball Mount.

As noted, I have the prototype. When this is mounted, it is extremely solid and zero movement.
I used this to mount my GoPro type camera and it worked flawlessly.

Interested as well. I was going to cobble together a work-around with longer screws and spacers, but find your solution vastly superior.

Congratulations, too, on the strong, positive reviews.

PM sent.

Received mine a few days ago and immediately installed it. This mount will be used along with a 1" RAM ball for my action camera (ION Air Pro). Ideally, wanted to mount to left side fairing but one of those "well" nuts had been broken off. (BTW, if anyone knows how to repair or replace that, I'd be very interested). Anyway, I installed the mount on the right side and I can live with that. I have to say...I'm really impressed with the quality of Kenan's mount. It looks great and fit perfectly  :great:.

I ordered two of these mounts and they appear to be just the ticket.  I ordered Ram mounts for the handle bars also, but I like these a whole lot better.  I am very pleased that he made these and even happier that I bought them.  The best part is that the item that you mount will always be facing the correct direction and not move like handlebar mounted ones.  If he decides to make more I think you guys should jump on them as they are made really well and help you mount things in the perfect position.  All I can say is that I am grinning from ear to ear.

You definitely missed out on a great design and product for camera mounting.
