Check your email. They generally send them via email.

I just installed mine this past weekend and that's how they delivered the instructions to me.

How much did you pay for shipping. I want to buy something from their website but $82 to ahip is too much!

The shipping is pretty much why I haven't ordered anything from them myself. I just find it some where else that is more reasonable on their shipping.

Some items the shipping is OK.  Others it's outrageous.  Crazy.  I received everything I needed for the dual lock unit when I go that from them.  I had wanted to buy the headlight covers, but that would have added like $65 in shipping... for 2 pieces of plastic.

I get it... My company does international shipping.  But it doesn't mean I'm likely to buy it.  I'm not criticizing them, just saying, "WOW that's a lot of money."

I got the double lock last year. Came with new bolts, washers, nuts, and instructions came in the email and are available on the website.
