Question about the accessory lead terminals

From my searching here, I see the preferred method to connect my GPS to the bike is to the accessory lead.

I just had an MC Cruise installed by my dealer. Is there any chance they may have landed a connection for the cruise control on the accessory lead? If so, I would image the contingency in that scenario would be to go straight to the battery with the supplied in line fuse.

you'll have to look and see where they attached it (McCruise), personally I installed a simple Busman 30A fuseblock, in my underseat "tool kit" plastic housing, wired to my battery, it has 6 circuits, and is 'always hot'. which is nice for programming a GPS while sitting in the shade, with the bike off... (accessory leads are 'switched').

I really recommend against adding multiple wire lugs to the battery connections, which have always been an issue on this bike, both to keep clean, and reduce a gang of wires which really make bolting the power leads the bike needs for the starter/charging, etc., at those connections..

there is also another pair of acc leads in the rear, under the seat... if you really want to tie to a switched source.

It will pay off in the future to install a fuseblock as MOB has suggested. If you add accessories later like lighting, heated jackets, a charger for your phone, battery tender etc. it makes it quick, simple and your bike will not look like the electrical panel in my house. I used the neutrino black box. It's expensive but I appreciate the programable circuits and their customer service has been incredible. https://www.neutrinoblackbox.com

THESE ARE ABOUT $10, at most auto stores.. you will ned to fab a multi ground connection, a bolt, or such, tho. I used a multi blade connector, which prolly was about $1
