Here's the response from IAN at Skidmarx UK

Hi Jim

The cost of shipping all of the products to this address would be £145($193.75 US)

A 10% discount on orders upto 14 and 15% discount on order over 15 items.

If I can help further please let me know.

Kind Regards
Ian

Based on this (10-14 units), $98.00 + $20.00 shipping, $118.00 per unit shipped here in the US, which is an appreciable discount over one unit!

Don't you have to add the additional shipping from the single point he's shipping to...to the individual buyers?

Thinking the cost will be that plus shipping from whoever gets the whole order here in US and ships to us.

I talked to a Buddy that has a shop here in Houston.
He brings stuff in to sell all the time. But he didn't want any part of the receiving and reshipping..

If someone will PM me Murph's phone number I'll see if he wants to handle the fenders.

Ride safe, Ted

Other than that; Does anyone want to volunteer to do the receiving/shipping?

I could probably be talked into doing that(heck, it would save me the second shipping cost). My only concern would be it would have to be a situation where I wasn’t at risk of getting stuck with a bunch of fenders. I assume everything would have been paid up front? Hopefully directly with the seller? There would have to be boxes bought for each one, in addition to the shipping cost. I don’t know if there’s any good way of estimating shipping cost without knowing what size box would need to be used. Weight should be a negligible factor. Thoughts?

Might be possible the mfg. would have those already boxed individually......kinda hoping anyway

Hadn’t thought of that. That would be really handy if they were. That would even allow us to get pretty accurate shipping estimates since the mfr could give us the box dimensions/weight.

I talked to Murph today. (He has been out of town).
He's interested in carrying the Hugger fenders at his shop.
I'll transfer contact info with Skidmarx to him. (to look the numbers over)
More to follow.........

If total costs is $118.00 to my door or less count me in please.

On this old note, ya'll forgot  that "someone" has to front the $$ for 15 units to Skidmarx {to get the fenders to the USA}.

Ya also forget the what it would cost the "volunteer' to handle everything after the fenders get to his house.
ie; cost of individual boxes and packing material, time to put the fenders in individual boxes, shipping them all over the country, and whatever the Credit card company charges the receiver for the use of everyone's credit card/PayPal..

I'm guessing the total will be closer to $150... {delivered to each person's home}

NOTE:
      I've handled several group purchases before.
      My first time; I did everything listed above, then tried to get folks to pay, send info etc. {some folks backed out}
      Was a PITA and I lost my shirt!!
      That's why, {since then} the only way I do a group purchase is to make arrangements, collect names, and have the mfg
        handle $$ collection, shipping, etc.
          In this case, it's not possible for this mfg to handle everything individually. {as Skidmarx is in Eu.}
      If Murph/other handle everything, we can't expect them to eat the expenses themselves.

         So, {IMPORTANT QUESTION}, If approx. $150 is the cost, who's still interested?

Ride safe, Ted

PS: Any volunteers???

I am still in, I really want one of these. We should also check to see if Murph is interested in a combo deal, The hugger fender and his two fender extensions for total protection. Also see who maybe interested in such a deal.
I am still looking at the possibility of manufacturing a hugger fender for us here. I however would want to do a little better than breaking even and it's definitely a back-burner project as I have so many already.
