As title implies, has anyone used said contraption?

What exactly does this spoilers set do?
Looking for improved side air management without making it look ghetto!

Cheers...

I couldn't see any real benefit, as when they began "marketing" them, it was well after the fairing vent had changed, I think it was a "panic " add on they thought may work, ...
But in reality, since the day they put them on the site, they have never sold any... there never were any on U.S. soil for sale, and still aren't... read the ad closely...

Kinda like a big joke, like tuned muffler bearings and blinker fluid in my mind...
A looser for Kawasaki breaking into the "farkle market" if ever there was one... :rotflmao:

I have them, I bought them from my local dealer but that was a few years ago so maybe they are EU only now ?. I use them in the winter & they make the air pocket you sit in wider keeping the cooler air off the outsides of your arm's & leg's. They definitely work but you would not want to have them on in hot weather !!   :beerchug:

I have those on my '12.

They tend to keep the cockpit a little less rainy at speed.

EU only now? Off to eBay for a spare set if I can find them.

I've had them since my bike was new.   I use them on colder cross country trips and they do work.

They deflect air away from you in the winter.  I take them off in summer months.

This bums me out..
When I first saw them, I enquired.. not available..
I repeated the drill, both thru my dealers, and to Kaw..... not available... every year I tried...
Now you guys have them....... and now, they are still technically... not available..

Bought a set last month for my 2014 C14 from here.  http://www.powersportswarehouse.com/  Since then the price has gone up and they don't offer free shipping unless order is over $199.00.

Part number :  99994-0621

They made my gas tank a little hot so I took them of until fall rolls around here in Michigan.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the tip.

And with regards to the bolded...my Connies are the unruly step-children of my fleet. They NEVER get ridden to Bike Night, or on sunny, warm days...their portion is the cold, wet and dank.

Meaning: They're my absolute go-tos from October through April, or any time it's forecast to be soupy where I'm riding. That cockpit heat is a feature, not a bug.  :)

ETA:

Ordered a spare set "just in case". Lesson learned years ago when equipping bikes with accessories made from Unobtanium.

Awesome Chubbs!
Combined with Projekt-D winglets and these spoilers, I'll be cozy rolling down highway come cold and dreary PacificNW months.

Cheers...
