I made an order at the online store a couple of weeks ago and haven't received a confirmation or other notifications.  The payment has been posted at my bank.  I sent an email to the address listed and haven't received any reply to that either.  Does anyone know if the recent upgrade could be affecting the store as well?

Good question,
the forum server move is completely separate from cogmos (which is where the store is).

I would try Merchandise again, then your area director and then the top dog director.  There is this link at the bottom of the COG(Cosmos) home page for Contact Us... or here is the same link
