COGMOS Calendar issue
« on: July 25, 2015, 03:00:38 am »
1) The NW/SW Meet Up in September is not shown on the calendar for the SW Region.

2) When trying to view the Members Attending, the link dumps into the calendar for the current month, SW Region (my region, may be different for others).

This was user error. This is because the event was not entered on the SW calendar; it was only put on the NW calendar. Each day of an event for multiple area must be duplicated on each calendar. For multi-day events each day must be entered separately.

This happens to me to and appears to be a valid issue. I'll shoot Mike an email to submit a service ticket. Thanks for the heads up.

There is more to be gained by members raising hands saying "I'll do that" instead of pointing fingers saying "nobody's doing that."

My point exactly. Sorry Gary isn't here to fix it, who's his second in command? Oh, wait, it appears to be Mike Burkey!

Who's responsible for this? Do I have to go chasing Mike down and say "hey, fix the calendar!"

I guess this really is not a COGMOS (system) - more like a user error and not need be a public posting?  Charlie could have done it - just contact Mark to add the item to the SW area listing.

You're right, Steve, this is not a COGMOS system problem. But it is a COG system problem.

I guess those of us who are "just a membuh" have to chase people down to get things fixed around here.
