Little yellow and green squares???
« on: August 05, 2018, 07:19:03 pm »
So what are the little yellow and green squares that appear above our avatars???
In fact how about an explanation of what it all means?
I couldn't be the only one wondering.

the single GREEN indicates if the person is actively on forum, or not, at current time. White, or 'empty square' means not online.
The multiple ones below name signify postcount/time of residence, and accumulate as post count rises

Yellow denotes General membership
RED denotes Admin staff
Green denotes Club Officers...

I had been wondering the same thing, so thanks for the clarification.

Same church, different pew: what about the word that shows up above those boxes, below our user name? Mine says 'Big Wheels', others say things like Bicycle, Scooter, Cruiser, etc. Is it a nickname assigned to us or something? I don't seem to have any control over editing this.

those names go hand in hand with the longevity and post count, and automatically upgrade as post count goes up... I don't know for certain the actual 'count' break offs, but they change as noted... until you have been here soo long, you get the 'name' like mine shows...

Thanks, Man of Life. That makes sense. I guess it’ll take a while to get past my ‘Big Wheels’.  ::) But hey, it sounds better than ‘Tricycle’. Maybe I don’t want to get to that level!

And you don’t need to get a life. I’d say you have quite the life, doing what you love, and sharing your experience with others, for starters. Great life!

I did some deep digging to research the little squares.

Apparently the more winsome, handy AND handsome you are, the more squares you are awarded.

Makes sense to me.     ::)
