« on: July 05, 2015, 02:08:21 pm »

You have two accounts with different emails.  You are evidently still logged in under your previous account.  The alias's are the same, so you need to send an email to forum@cog-online.org as to which email you wish to use for the forum.

Thank for the info. When I tried logging in with my other account it didn't recognize my email address. I then created a new account. Hopefully it will get resolved.

The problem is the forum will only recognize one email address.  The account information for the forum is in COGMOS, which is the COG Membership Management Software, and is accessed through a gateway.  I am not an IT guy, but that is how I understand it.  Having 2 emails, one will always not be not recognized.

The best solution is send an email to forum@cog-online.org and let them know which account you want to use, and they will make sure it is synced with the forum.
