Is this accessed through the tech pages?

The tech pages and library are related, but kinda separate.

The public Tech Pages can be accessed by anyone via the Tech Pages link in the top menu in either the forum area (forum.cog-online.org) or main home page area (www.cog-online.org).  There public tech items are accessible via the grey tech menu on tech page.  Below that is an index of tech articles in past Concourier magazines. These are located in the member library, which do require full membership to view.

The COG Library has more in it other than Concourier... some areas keep an archive of newsletters, plus ride & GPS info, and much more.  To get to the Library entrance, go to the COG home page (www.cog-online.org), select Member Area form the top menu (you will need to be logged in to access member area), then from the menu choose Member Links, and then Library.

There is more to be gained by members raising hands saying "I'll do that" instead of pointing fingers saying "nobody's doing that."
