1/2 vibration in bars now
« on: June 30, 2017, 07:32:50 pm »
Hi,
Funny thing, I took my windshield off to cut 2" off the top and found that 2 screws that hold on the sides of the vent were not screwed in, just sitting there, was misaligned at factory I guess. BUT the buzz in my handlebars is now less than 1/2 of what it was :great:

Could you post pics or be more specific of which screws are those? I sent my bike for warranty repairs (big job, they pretty much disassembled the bike completely), and when returned, the buzziness is annoying me greatly. Maybe i gotta tighten those 2 as well.

thanks!
Best,

just take the windshield vent off and you will see side covers, the screws holding them on were just sitting there, lucky they didn't fall out.
