1st gear is
« on: October 13, 2017, 03:10:24 am »
1st gear is: "Let's go!"
2nd gear is: " Oh man, this is dangerous, I love this WAY TOO MUCH"
3rd gear is: "Go any speed, pass anybody, fly, fly, fly. Get a ticket."
4th gear is: "Purgatory"
5th gear is: "More fun at high speeds than should be legal"
6th gear is: "Zzzzzzzz...breathe....Zzzzzzzz.....breathe"

...and this bike is down right slow in the scheme of things.

Go bomb up the road on a modern 1000cc RR or ZX14R or H2.

There's this thing, on the end of the right handlebar.. called a throttle...
Twist it...
Untill you have, and read out the terminal speed the bike produces.... all I can say is keep on puttin, and dreaming. :rotflmao:

This was a fun thread over on FJR land back in the day and I thought to bring it here. Gears really do have personalities. I think of mine as people I work with. Most days, third really is this hot totally immoral gorgeous thing on the street that wants nothing more than to separate me from my own sense of right and wrong.

What personalities do your gears have?
