Interesting write up except for two things:

They mention Old Beemers and Guzzis pulled to one side under load because of their shaft drives.  My understanding was they pulled because of their longitudinal engine crank shafts.

And they lump the Suzuki Hayabusa in with the other 'gentleman's express' bikes like the FJR and ST1300.  Really?

Some good photos, tho.....

Do the 2015's and up have this feature? I looked at my FOB and there is no button to press. Or is he mistaken?

Quote from the review: if you press the lock button on the separate fob when you leave, it will lock the key to the bike and deactivate it. There’s no need to press anything when you return, because the key senses the fob nearby and unlocks itself.

I was wondering the same thing myself.
Glad you looked. I was going to get my FOB out and check.
NOTE: In the image he attached, I do not see a button.

Ride safe, Ted

the word "Hoser" comes to mind...

"I couldn’t believe there was no cruise and I jabbed away in vain at the many buttons and switches on the handlebars to find it. Eventually, I pulled over at a rest stop and checked the owner’s manual – yes, I admit I needed to look at it – just to confirm it didn’t exist. "

maybe he should have done some reading before riding.... Eh?

like, maybe when he was pumpin' litres in the tank, at "Eh to Zed" Eh...?

oooops.... "sorry abooot that..."..eh.

There's a button on my FOB and if I press it, tED explodes. >:D
For some reason, I've been reluctant to press it.
