ZG had the very first green C14. I don't recall him getting to much attention other than "nice bike".

Everytime I pull into a gas station, my bike draws a crowd.
I just wish the green color would repel all the cage drivers while cruising through traffic.

I guess that's the price I pay for having the best color.

Good luck. I think you would find wind protection is a very big plus compared to Nakid.

Paid for it today and will ride it home tomorrow. Just got off my FZ09 after test riding the Connie, wow, what a difference. It's bone stock with just over 10,000 miles.

Congrats and it's not even broke in yet. If there is any factory warranty left I would recommend extending the warranty found here at the top of the page. Cheap. cheap insurance.  Not saying you will need it but for piece of mind if nothing more. Tim

Dealer said warranty expired so cant add on. I wondered if he may have reason to fib or if there is a registry.  Then thought I probably wouldn't buy it. But how much? Maybe.

Yeah, I don't see dealer fibbing about it since it could have swayed your thoughts on purchase. But it was worth the thought.  ;)

My 09 got a total of nine years. Used the factory warranty for the bikes battery that died after 2 years and the extended for a leaky final drive. By the time it was all said and done it probably would have been cheaper in the long run to have paid for the leaky final drive out right and saved the $ on the two extensions.  But what the heck I didn't have worry about breaking something.

I have the original TPS still in the wheels. The front died in 2015 and could of had it replaced. The original rear sensor still reads after the tire is warmed up. Not bad for being 10 years old this coming December IMHO. Plan is to pull the sensors and have the batteries replaced.

Wouldn’t hurt to pucnnyour VIN number into the My Kawasaki site and make sure warranty is gone, mater of fact I. Going to go buy a 3 year policy right now!

Just got back from a short 2nd ride on this bike and 3rd time on a Concours. I found a sweet grunty spot in the range and it is very nice on bumpy potholed city streets.  Will wire it for my heated gear tomorrow and take it for a long ride. Then ride it to work on my birthday Friday.

True Dat. And the attention was not always LEO just because he had a green 09 for awhile.
