Because it is throttle by wire and cost a butt load more money.

If they can add it to this new bike, they can add to the C14, at least as an option.

I was hoping for more touring in the new model.     The gauges look stunning.    I like the version with the taller windshield and hard bags....it gets closer.   In the side pictures you can see how short the wheelbase is.   They used most of the basics of the H2 to make this, which makes dollars and sense.  If you can easily raise the bars and get a decent replacement seat I may be in sometime in the future.   I have already done those things to my ZX14r which is probably as quick/fast as the new bike (stock vs stock) and I have my C14 for the other times, which is most of the time.    When you modify the boost on Kawasaki's new bike is when it will get interesting.    Would like to ride one sometime to see how smooth the motor is which is a must for me.

Article said the wheelbase was lengthened.   Anyone hear anything official on the price?

The video was well put together.   No pricing yet...with the H2 being $27k I don't know how they could price this one $20k or under but it is cool.

Nice video.  That has to be coming in at 25k.  I didn't get a BMW for that reason, but this one is tempting IF there is enough of an upright position to be able to put a long trip on it.  I'm liking everything about it.  The display is off the charts nice.

Looks like bars are pretty low . Be too leaned forward for me.

Sweet I love the green and black!!!
Thinking that the price would have me considering a Motus though???

Canadians have it for 17500 and 20000, respectively. I can't imagine it being more than a grawayabove or below for us.

Looks interesting with a triple dose of "sport" with the touring...

Low bars, chain drive, and undoubtedly priced at the higher end...

Just a guess, but I'm thinking it will come to the US eventually in smallish numbers like the H2...
