experienced riders reaction to first time Concours ride
« on: February 27, 2016, 10:20:59 pm »
I know this guy is trying to sell a bike but I really enjoyed his reaction to the Concours 14 for the first time. His reaction to merging onto the freeway at about 5:24 and his narrative from that point forward just put a smile on my face. Anybody know him?  Very good dealer video and a great way to sell bikes.  (forgive me if this has already been posted)

I think he liked it. If that wasn't obvious. It's how I feel on every ride.  :motonoises:
Silver 2011 C-14 and 2019 Versys 1000 SE LT+.  Previous rides: KZ-400, KZ-750, KZ-1000.  Keep the rubber side down.  Ride Fast......Live Slow......

Hi,
        I've posted it before, but so what! ;D ;D ;D ;D

I thought someone might have posted since it was from late August of 2015. His reaction to cranking it out on the freeway is just great!

You know I'm itching to ride when I'm watching Concours videos on youtube! Could have ridden this weekend here in Milwaukee but don't have the bike home from storage yet. Hopefully picking it up next weekend so I can finally experience my reflash!

spring of 2008... id spent the winter online tires kicking and bought a leftover 07 fjr , my buddy bought the connie..

the fjr was a pretty great bike ... my buddy rode his connie over and we looked em both over in the driveway. he hands me the key fob and off i go... i pulled out on the main road and short shifted into second as there were still some sluff on the surface from winter..
grabbed second gear and threw a handfull of throttle at it , the back tire broke loose and the front end lifted off the ground ...

i knew right then he had made a little better choice...

i rode that fjr 35000 miles and picked up my connie 2 years ago  :great:

Hi,
Well....Yamaha to me makes a nice product. :truce:

That little R1 is bad to the bone! :motonoises:

I looked at everything before I grabbed my "Beast"! :o

Hell I even test rode a Yamaha Road Star Cruiser! :-[

It will put a smile on your face, it has so much torque! >:D

In the end though, I walked past the BMW's and Yamahas and went Kawi, never really looking back! ;D
