Extra part after fairing removal

I removed the fairing from my 2014 connie to install the Switchback lighting kit. At some point I found the (in picture) this rubber block laying on the floor. Did this come off my bike? Thanks in advance.

Did you remove your seat? If so, it's hard to tell from that one angle pic, but looks like 1 of 2 pieces that go under the seat IF you've removed it. Its located at the base of the tank near the the two bolts in the little space. If not, I'm sure someone can help on what that piece is.

looks kinda like one of the 2 rubber blocks, that are stuck to the rear/top of the gastank under the seat front with doublestick tape, that act a bumpers... they frequently pop off...
