Hi,
Damn Jimmy! Get the 12! :-[
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” -Samuel Adams

"In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act." George Orwell

To Steve's point, I just bought my 2,400 mile 2012 Connie for less than their new '09, and it included a 3 yr GTPP extension and a 665 Zumo....

Strangely, I sold my 12 year old CBR 929 with super low miles (3,250) this spring for 55% of what I paid for it new in 2001.

Who knows is the answer I think.  The Internet has obviously changed the game of buying and selling bikes and cars dramatically.  If you have that needle in a haystack you can wait for the right buyer and if you're looking to buy something plentiful you can pit one seller against another....
2012 Connie - Black is Beautiful! - Current (EVO Flashed)
2015 FZ09 - Matte Grey - Current
2001 CBR 929 RR - Sold
1995 CBR 600 F3 - Sold
1984 VF 700 F - Sold
