Newbie - Dynojet Questions
« on: May 29, 2018, 12:16:23 pm »
So bought the 2009 used with 16k on it, has a CSone and as in the picture attached (hope it works) the Dynojet fuel injection module.

I notice none of the maps listed below on the DJ link show what I have what is the best or closest I should use?

Best thing to do honestly is to ditch the Power Commander and just have the ECU flashed. Either Steve with Shoodaben Engineering in Florida or Ivan’s Performance in New York.

Shoodaben is one or same day. Shoot Steve an email.

Both Steve and Ivan are same day. It takes minutes to flash. You’d probably also have to remove the power commander. It’s possible someone removed the secondary butterflies if that’s the case, you won’t be able to have the ECU flash d. Email either one of them and they can tell you how to check if the flies were removed.

I sent mine to Ivan's Performance for his flash and got it back on day three. I wish I had done it the day I got this bike- it's worth twice what he charges. Lovin it !!

Spoke to Steve on the phone at length today, I need to take a look at what is in mine but will probably go with him and dump the Dynojet, have to wait a little, since picking this up last week I have spent a little to much on it already  ;)
Thanks

I suspect you'll end up pleased with the improvements. Nothing is more fun than spending money you don't have on a new bike.  ;)

As others said, since you have the Dynojett, it's possible the flies were removed.
Have you checked that?

just got done tearing into it based on my convo with Steve.

It's programed with 2 brothers and stock air filter

I do have the secondary butterflies still in

I do have a K&N filter.

so those are my options

looks like it will get sent off to Steve shortly

Good deal. Glad you’re able to have it flashed. You won’t be disappointed.
