Windshield
« on: February 17, 2018, 10:18:54 pm »
I am about to put the stock windshield back on the c14, I looked through the manual and couldn’t find any torque specs , am I looking in the wrong place or is there specified torque for the fasteners?

I don't torque mine, but be careful on the black plastic trim pieces, too much and they will crack in 2. I just do those snug, if that means anything to you?  :beerchug:

PS: I bet they are in inch pounds if you do get the numbers!!!!!

I just looked at the removal and install instruction in the FSM, it has no torque numbers listed.

I couldn’t find any either, so I just snugged them down , I probably wouldn’t have asked the question if I would have taken the windshield apart first, kind of self explanatory.
