Delkevic Customer Service
« on: October 30, 2014, 06:13:20 pm »
Just want to give a shout out to Delkevic's customer service for their excellence.  I pulled my mufflers off to change my rear tire and damaged the exhaust gaskets putting them back on.  I called Delkevic and explained what I had done and that I needed to buy new gaskets.  Their customer service rep (Sylvia) pulled me up in their system and said she would send me a new pair of gaskets at no charge.  On top of that, she said she would be sending them 2-day priority mail so I would have them this Saturday.  That is great customer service!!

Yep best price I could find to buy some of those gaskets. I experienced the same fast order processing just buying gaskets. . They fit the stock mufflers and most likely any aftermarket.

These guys are on my wish list.

I'm hearing nothing but good things about Delkevic for both their products and their customer service.  I've already decided to get a pair for my '98.  I'm just cooling my jets until November 28th because Delkevic always has a Black Friday sale.  It's only four weeks away, but damn!; February is four weeks and look how long that takes!     >:(

Solomookie, I don't see any exhaust products listed for the ZG1000. Are you ordering for a different model that may fit the ZG?

You can find them on ebay for the C10.  Or you can call them to order.  They have 6 different types of mufflers, I have the 18" with the angled tips in stainless steel.  They look and sound great.

I'm getting the 18" oval chromes.  That part # is KIT06AA.  You're right; they don't have it listed even though they have a whole slew of Kawasaki models listed.  Why is beyond me.

Ok I found the Zg1000 listed you just have to go further into the site bypassing the initial listings for exhaust systems for Kawasaki models.

From this page:

http://www.delkevic.us/?section=shop&mode=details&product_category=exhaust_s7rhj&sub_category=silencers_kawasaki_h3a81

select the type of mufflers you want.  All 13 of the muffler types are available for the ZG1000.   :great:
