I also have a 98, i bought the c-10 with some of the factors being it had tons of replacement parts, hasnt changed a ton over the years, tons of people with repair/mod experence and of course the "fanatical" following. If theres a will.....theres a way and where theres a decent demand usually theres someone there ready to make money supplying that demand. I've been on this fourm for less than a week and i feel like i struck gold, a huge almost limitless wealth of knowledge and connections for my connie.

I've had mine for only a few months now. Approaching 4k miles on it... That's about 29K on the bike. My intent is to hit 100K(About 5 more years) then move onto something else. We'll see. Allot of it depends on my job as well. Currently I have about an 80-100 mile daily commute depending on where I work at and that adds up quickly for me. But If I find one closer the yearly miles will go down.
