my new 2003 concours

Hi ,I have some questions on my 2003 concours ,cleaned carbs , and runs pretty good but number 1 cilinder is 350 degrees 2) is 250
3) is about 325 and  4) 350 is that OK? how can i get the  temps more even or dose it matter ? Also my bevel gear casings paper gasket is leaking . can I live with that? Also dose anyone no a concours Guru in the
Houston - Galveston area ?

First, welcome to the forum. There's lost of good knowledge and experience in the group.

Just curious, how did you measure the temperatures?

Jorge , I used a hand held infra red thermometor

You are not getting much help because this is posted in the wrong area really. 

Did you test and set the float levels?  If not than that cylinder may be pulling in to much gas cooling it down.
Did you do the test for bent rods?  If not that one may be bent enough to have lower compression and temps.

Check with SiSF also. Shoodaben Engineering is his company, Steve in Sunny Florida is his screen name.  He has a Carb Spa to include overflow tubes that prevents Hydro Lock.  He has many useful links on his webpage, and youtube.  Here is his You Tube channel with his videos!!!
