overflow tubes

Bought my Connie in late fall so only road for a month,now looking at spring wondering is there a visual I can do to see if 1 of the previous owners installed over flow tubes.

There should be rubber drain tubes attached to the bottom of the carb bowls if overflow tubes are installed.

   Best place to get info besides us is look at Steve in Sunny Florida. Lots of videos and info on the C10.
  Also IF you smell gas fumes or see gas under the bike before hitting the starter button ---- Don't!!

Attach a length of 5/32 hose  to the bottom of a bowl nipple (with drain screw installed) and blow air into it. if there's no resistance, the bowl has an overflow tube fitted. Steve
