Practice the first time or two with a spotter on the other side. Very important.

Stand on the left side and push the center stand down until you can feel both feet touch (by rocking gently L/R) so you know how to hold the bike.
Roll it a few inches forward, then back onto the stand, while pushing down with ALL of your weight on the centerstand tang with your right foot.
Simultaneously lift with the passenger grab bar during the roll back and step down, not with the lift point.
The extra backwards momentum helps roll it up. But it would try to torque around the center stand since I was pulling from the left.
After a while you get comfortable with the pivot motion, but do use a spotter the first few times.
