never too old or too smart,,,,,

While on a spirited ride in central pa, from Mahanoy City traveling north on our great route 309, as I approached a right hand blind turn, what to my surprise would appear but a deer,,,, I successfully avoided the deer, but not the rocks on the berm. My lesson learned here, regardless of age, circumstances can humble the best of riders quickly...I rode the bike home, with a new humble attitude.

Kevin,  How fast were you going when the bike went over?  I'm trying to determine if this meets the CDA requirement.  Could be considered a crash.  Glad you are ok though!  Any damage to the bike?  Greg H from Mass, Connie Droppers Anonymous Awards Dude  COG# 7010,a Tracey  CDA 120  99 Connie "Herrin Christabelle", 05 Ninja 250

Sorry for the delayed response, it truly was a crash, either way it was stupidity/brashness/ it couldn't happen to me attitude that bit me.... lol  yeah, lotta damage, took off the right side pegs, the windshield was removed as I flew over the handlebars, had to ride home with my heel on the clutch housing. Since then I have upgraded to a new connie,,, I am sure there will be more stories to follow, just hope they don't entail stupidity,,,,  lol
