Getting to the online store takes a few steps... most important is to make sure you are logged into COGMOS, our member services portal.

  • Go to COGMOS (aka COG home page) at: www.cog-online.org
  • Select Member Area from top main menu within the dark gray bar
  • Log in, if prompted using your COG account username & password
  • From the Member Area menu, now choose Member Links -> COG Online Store

So who do we get with now that we are back from the National if we didn't get the shirts we paid for during rally registration??  If not getting the product, certainly feel like the money should be returned...  If not, it seems to be a very bad deal...

We had two cases of missing merchandise.  We are presently working on getting the missing items, which will then be mailed.  If we can not get another run on the items, then your money will be refunded.

Rally attendees were sent email last week addressing this.

I won a gift certificate to the COG store but don't know how to "activate" it. I did a search but found no answer. The store page tells how to use the certificate once it's activated, but not how to let COG know I won the certificates.

The AD or AAD that issued the certificate to you must handle activating it.
