Wellcome. Being American it's hard for me to relate to those dimensions.

But a big wellcome anyway.

Welcome. I saw a photo of your C-14 in another thread. Looks like you found a great ride. How are the roads over in there and what is the speed limit?  Doubt I'll ride over there this summer.

Roads can be very different, from almost perfect to no road at all. On sunday i go to small trip on this road https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R256_highway_(Russia), (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R256_highway_(Russia),) https://www.rbth.com/travel/2015/18/04/the_chuysky_tract_siberias_silk_road (https://www.rbth.com/travel/2015/18/04/the_chuysky_tract_siberias_silk_road) for about  for about 350 miles. Could take some pictures and then show somewhere. May be even upload here.

Welcome.

Are you also connected with the GTR club in Europe? A few of us have ridden with them and (like this group) are a fantastic bunch of folks.

You'll have to post more ride photos when you have time. Cheers.   :beerchug:

Welcome Alex.
The previous owner of mi bike was only slightly bigger than you. He had lowered the bike about 2.5 cm, and used a shorter sidestand to compensate.
He liked it quite well, but bought a FZ10 and rode it regularly, so he sold the C14.
Please do post some photos. the links you posted look like a really beautiful road.

Welcome Alex!!

Please tell us more about your area.

Few of us will ever get to experience riding there!!

Ride safe, Ted

PS: You are about the same height/weight as Harry Martin. (COG Member/cartoonist)
He's Old and Slow, but he does pretty good with his C-14 (still at stock height).
        {Please don't tell Harry I sed anything nice about him}

Impressive photography Alex.
They give a feeling of vastness, and remoteness, which is that I think of when i think of that region, but it is also beautiful, which I did not expect.
Thank you.

Gee makes me wish i were riding siberia. While the cold wouldnt agree with me the views....just beautiful. They need to hurry up and build a sea bridge from alaska to siberia or build a motorcycle that floats.

Wow Alex, that's some impressive landscape. Almost makes me want to move there except well the riding season here in California is only 12 months per year. >:( :))

Sorry, I couldn't help myself . Welcome to COG.
