New to the world of Connies and this forum
« on: August 13, 2017, 03:17:31 am »
Hello all!  Although I've had several bikes before this one, I haven't had one that did "quick" and "comfy" as well.  Traded my '02 GL1800 and trailer in for a 2017 C14 w/abs in Kawy's beautiful blue.  Having a great time on it while trying to avoid tickets (goes too fast without trying!) ;)
Looking forward to learning a lot about the bike from you all on here.  Keep 'em shiny side up!

Paul

Hello and Welcome, Raul is it??? Oh Pawl!! Or was it Pall? Regardless of name, former bike or Connie Color choice, it is god to see you on here. Watch out for the nut jobs and nit-pickers, or just have fun with them.

I am really surprised BlueByYou was not already taken, I guess I know of one on the ZX-10 forum. But when a Connie at 2 axe handles wide passes you, one notices!!

Thanks for the welcomes.  The change was brought about by my need for a little more speed ( still miss that Ninja 900) and the fact that the better half doesn't ride with me much anymore.  I figured the Connie was a good choice in between the GL and the Ninja :)

Thanks Ben (I think) or was it Glen? LOL!
