K looks like August 12 might be the hot ticket.  Now if it would just stop raining....

Will it be 90+ degrees on Aug12? You realize that is a requirement for the ride formerly known as the Independence ride. It has to be as hot as the fourth of July to go with that great BBQ.  :nananana:

Well it isn't supposed to be 90 degrees but there's a good chance the summer rains will visit us again.  I'm probably going to call this one again folks.  Final confirmation will come tomorrow. :'(

What time?  I work right near there at the moment, and will be working a double shift the night before.  (2x shifts of overtime!)  I might just take a nap and have lunch with anyone that shows up.  Won't be on my bike, but I'm sure that can be excused.

Yes it is so I'm gonna wimp out.  Fifty lashes with a wet noodle and all that.  If it stays dry feel free to begin the public shaming! :))

Well, since I'll be in my car, I'll be there anyway.  If anyone shows up, and sees a black Subaru Outback with a Ham Radio license plate, (Yep...  Outback's Outback  :rotflmao: ) feel free to wake me up and I'll join you for lunch.

NW CT shows cloudy, forecast is not calling for rain here. I'll probably get some BBQ unless the weatherman lied again!

I'll head on over to Wingdale.  Good reason to scrub in a new set of sneakers on the machine.

Not only is it not raining but the alternate plans to meet an old friend fell through.  I will drown my sorrow in a La Perla Black Pearl.  It is wicked humid though!😋

Great ride back Greg! 1st time I saw the passing of 3 cars on Camp Flats straightaway. Awesome power with the Feejer! It was good to see John How about that one day only special of smoked and BBQ meat platter! What was the exotic meat again? Bet it doesn't get repeated  ;)
