this is a tool that can be modified to be the equivalent of the Kaw special tool.
simply grind the top end around the perimeter to make a 45* chamfer, creating a "knife blade" radially, this will allow it to push into the gap inside the stem frame, and when tightened forces it way into the space that is on the cup at its corner radius, tighten and tap it with a drift, tighten frequently, and keep slamming it...
