I guess the attendance of the national must be low if nobody's able to post a legitimate picture of bikes.

Nahhh
With all the bells and whistles, the campgrounds didn't have wi fi...and we know how important that can be... :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :nananana:
It is kinda funny tho, in these times... I know the last BRRRRRRR ride I went on, in BFEE Natural Bridge, the KOA actually had wi fi available all thru the woods and campsites.. we ordered pizza, and had it delivered... mmmm it was good.

I think its a good sign that people are out riding and having fun... so, I'm sure we will be hearing, and seeing the aftermath shortly...of all the carnage, and sinful behaviour... oh, wait, Big Al didn't go, so it can't be blamed on Firewater... :rotflmao:
Wish I could have made it this year, waiting to see the next venue, and start figuring logistics and money...and dreaming... :great: :motonoises:

I actually think with that with the location being so centralized the attendance must be very large.

One would think, and I sure hope the numbers were good... but, even with central location, other factors come into play.
For instance, why aren't you and I there right now? :rotflmao:

It has been a "very quiet and little posting of doings" event so far,   much more so than most in the last few years... must mean everyone is riding, and weather co operating well...

I had to be in a wedding in Florida last week. And with massive expansion at work I just cannot take two weeks in a row off. It was only good day ride away for me also. I really wanted to go.

Very unofficial, just observation but if pressed I'd guess between 160 maybe 200 scattered about. Lodge is comprised of many different levels arranged as modular areas not all that well lending to socializing but in smaller groups. We've only seen others at the functions like movie night and ice cream social, haven't found that Central hub of activity like other Rally's in the recent past. Kinda disappointed, but I know , I know my responsibility and all that.

I know some folks who are there that helped post 100+ pics per day last year. Photo booth pics. On the road pics. Motorcycle pics. Vendor area pics. We made a Photobucket page and made it easy to send in pics. In the evening we uploaded folks' pics and posted them. Nobody missed out much on riding or partying - just takes a few minutes! Ewa keeps asking - 'where are the pics?!' Not one bike pic yet?

I've always said....

Just because a National Rally doesn't attract 400 people doesn't mean it's not a great rally.
Sure... Canaan Valley was a blast. But I didn't go to meet 400 people.
Any location, in any area should be able to host a National. The club shouldn't measure "success" by number of people.

I'm thinking the tally restarted after early registration was ended, this 16 later than early registrants. I think.

The fewer there = more looking for pics!

Looks like fun. Sorry -  no Facebook  :??:

I agree 100% Dave, you and I have been to, and participated in enough rodeos to know its about the fun factor, not the quantity.
Less is more in so many respects sometimes, some of the largest rallies attendance wise, were done on a shoestring budget, and everyone had a great time, its all relative. If there are soo many things going on, it becomes hard to decide what exactly do ya wanna participate in, and itnspreads everyone out trying to grab all the gusto. When its simple and condensed, people seem to gravitate more towards the comeraderie, and intermingling, even late into the night... in front of the hotel... after we drag all the furnature outta the lobby and set up the margharita machines...

I'm glad to hear there was a good crowd, and hope all have a great time, and safe trips home. :great: :great: :great: :)
