1500 miles from me, but I really don't care... this is on my list, even momma was excited, and also commented on the heat... but hey, ride nekid...
The venue also looks cool, but I will note, it is a very hotel/motel rich environment, something for every level of affordability, and within walking distance of each other....
And mosst of all... a day ride to watch "the BATS"....

Oh, and we can all go hang out at Rev's house....

OH RATZ!!!!
I'm finally home and settled for a minute and guess what???? Rev don't live close to there no more.

But my Wingman, Hub, still lives there.
And he has a bigger shop than I do.

And he was hopin' the National would be 2000 miles away since he plans to go next year. (I called and said, "Hey, are you going to make the National next year with me?" He said, "Dang skippy I is!" THen I told him it was a couple miles from his porch.

I've enjoyed almost everywhere I've ever ridden, but Texas Hill Country still rocks my world. I'd seriously consider returning there to retire... well, if I ever get a job again so I CAN retire someday.
