mid-ohio vintage days
« on: May 09, 2017, 11:41:07 am »
Any of you guys on this board go up to this event?  Mid-Ohio vintage motorcycle days. (July 7th - 9th).  Coming from old Hondas (cb750), Suzuki (t500) I have been going for the past 10 years +.
It's a blast! Racing, swap meet, enduro, motorcross races etc. Food and camping all right there. Family section and then there's the wild campground section at night. I will be there this year, just wanted to know if anyone else from the COG community might be there.

This one is on the short list for us. I will post up here if we pull the trigger. I have loved going to Barber Vintage Fest and need to check this event out as well.

I always go. Would be great to go with a bunch of COG members and walk the property. Always good stuff to see.

i will be there riding around on my XR400, maybe a show of hands who else is planning on being there.  Maybe we could meet up somewhere.
WE typically camp in the back corner of the camping section where all the mayhem goes down.  Usually at night after the racing is over, several guys organize a non-sanctioned event racing around 55 gallon drums.  It's nuts.

My lil sister and brother in law are there. He probably took at least a dozen to twenty bikes with him to sell. He never misses this one.  Wes and Cindy Anderson. Good folks and knows just about anything cycle related.

I'm jealous, y'all are gonna be having too much fun.

yeah this year is probably over 10 years now going.  It's a cool show.  You have not real schedule and can roam the entire place on a small dirt bike.  We ride to races and the swap meet, and also ride in the woods for fun after the enduro guys are done.  It's definitely worth checking out once.
