Blue Ridge ride Northeast of Asheville, NC
« on: May 23, 2017, 03:32:26 am »
For some reason it was hard for me to get motivated to ride again after my trip out West.  But I got back in the saddle today with a 550 mile round trip ride from Eastern Middle Tennessee to the Blue Ridge Parkway from Asheville to Little Switzerland area of North Carolina and back.  Got rained on. :??:

I cut off more of the foam block for the airbox which improved performance and gas mileage.  (When I removed my carbs for the cruise control installation I found that I never got my carb boots from the air box on correctly causing leaks.  After I corrected this I didn't redo the foam block modifications to get it correct prior to going out West.  It's good now though! :great:)
